3) once you receive a contact or credit application… what do you do with it and who handles it? To begin with, salespeople are not the best person to handle these contacts. It takes a certain amount of patience to try to make an appointment rather than trying to sell the car. You may also need to stay in contact with your customers for an extended period of time. Sales people are mostly about instant gratification. A separate person, or people to handle these calls is more productive.
